Melis ships products globally.
AUSTRALIA
Melis agrees to dispatch the product(s) ordered within five (5) days from the payment receipt date. However, in most cases, your order will be shipped within two (2) working days. Melis will send a notification to you by email when your order is dispatched.
Melis offers FREE standard shipping on all orders over $100.00AUD
For orders under $100.00 AUD a flat shipping rate of $11.95AUD applies.
You should expect your parcel within 1-5 business days. If your parcel does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us at hello@melisperfumery.com and we will track it for you. Australia Post will deliver straight to your door, however, if undelivered a calling card will be placed in your letterbox to notify you that your parcel is ready to collect at your nearest post office.
Melis is unable to accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or delivery company strikes, etc.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
Melis offers FREE standard shipping internationally on all orders over $150.00AUD
For international orders under $150.00 AUD, a flat shipping rate of $30.00AUD applies
You should expect to receive your order within 10-30 business days of dispatch, however certain destinations may take longer. If your parcel does not arrive within this timeframe, please contact us at hello@melisperfumery.com and we will track it for you.
When international orders reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Melis takes no responsibility for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information regarding taxes and duties. TRACKING & INSURANCE
Melis Natural Perfumery uses multiple courier delivery options to ensure our customers get the best delivery price for their location and parcel size. Regardless of the payment method you choose, tracking is included in the cost of all parcels that are delivered. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order ships. Insurance for damage in transit and lost parcels is included for all deliveries.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
On the cart page, immediately prior to entering the checkout, you will see an option to authorise your parcel to be left at your premises if not home. Please tick the box to make this authorisation and use the box below to add any extra instructions, if applicable, for where you would like your parcel to be left, for example ‘under the table by the door’. Authorising to leave your parcel is a handy option if your delivery method is via our courier company as it negates the need for you to arrange for redelivery. Please note: Should you choose the option ‘authority to leave’, your lost parcels insurance coverage ends once we have confirmation that your parcel has been left at your premises.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Melis product please contact us at hello@melisperfumery.com. If we are unable to resolve the problem, we will be happy to offer a replacement or exchange providing the product has not been used.

Consumer Exchanges, Refunds and Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event one of our products does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to offer you a replacement, refund or exchange. It is of the upmost importance to Melis to deal with your concerns quickly, efficiently and fairly and be completely transparent in everything we do. We will do whatever we can to solve your problem in a fair, ethical and compassionate manner.
We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition as per Australian Consumer Law. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our designated “Contact Us” webpage prior to returning the damaged goods.

If you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase we will happily provide a full refund or credit. The claim for a refund must be made within 30 days of the shipment date. To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned to Melis. The refund does not include any postage charges you may have incurred when purchasing or returning the product. After 30 days, returns will be issued as an in-house credit that will be applied to your next purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, please note the following conditions:
Refund payments will be made for the amount on the original purchase receipt.
Returned product must have at least 50% of the contents remaining.
The 100% Satisfaction guarantee is valid for products purchased online from Melis or from an authorised stockist
You are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of merchandise. Any goods returned to us will be at your expense regardless of the fault or reason for their return. The only exception offered is where we have sent you an incorrect or faulty item. In these rare circumstances we will cover the costs associated with having to return the item(s). This refund will not exceed our standard shipping fee for the item(s)* needing to be returned and can only be paid once the item(s) has been received by our staff.
*Note to International Customers: Because duties and taxes are collected by the government in the country where the goods are received (and not by Melis), we do not reimburse for these expenses. Most returns are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. You will receive an email confirmation once your return or exchange has been processed.
